Autoimmunity & Inflammation
FIND TRUE HEALING
Since 70% of the immune system resides in the gut, in order to address autoimmune conditions, we focus on optimizing gut health through advanced testing.
Autoimmune conditions are on the rise in the United States. These conditions occur when the immune system attacks the body’s tissues and organs. Science shows that auto-immune conditions develop with three key components:
1. Genetic predisposition
2. Disrupted gut barrier
3. Physical/emotional stress

OUR APPROACH
Functional Medicine Tests
We use custom-order tests to identify the root cause of your inflammation or immune system symptoms. These tests may include analyzing blood, urine, stool, or saliva samples to find important markers that have gone unnoticed, enabling us to tailor a more effective and personalized management plan.
Examine Your Exercise Habits
Regular physical exercise can help reduce inflammation or combat immune conditions. Your functional medicine provider will assess your current exercise habits and determine if adjustments could further support your health goals.
Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition
Your functional medicine provider will guide you in incorporating anti-inflammatory foods into your diet, such as leafy greens, olive oil, whole grains, and fatty fish. Reducing your intake of inflammatory foods like processed snacks, trans fats, sugar, and red meat is also crucial to your treatment.
Christian Counseling
As part of your treatment, you may also be paired with a counselor to explore how stress and unresolved trauma relate to the physical symptoms of your autoimmunity or inflammation. You’ll uncover emotional needs and how your mind and body react to stress.

Full Health Discovery
We’ll develop a clear picture of your current health status, past medical history, and future health goals. You will begin with a functional medicine provider to create a timeline while receiving diagnostic assessments that help us understand your emotional needs better. This also allows us to examine your nervous system health.
