HRV Scan
UNDERSTAND YOUR STRESS RESPONSE
Understand what your body is telling you.
Your body is constantly responding to stress, recovery, sleep, nutrition, exercise, and everyday life. A Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Scan provides a quick, non-invasive look at how well your nervous system is adapting to those daily demands.

In just a few minutes, an HRV Scan measures the small variations in time between each heartbeat. These tiny changes reveal valuable information about your body's ability to recover, manage stress, and maintain overall wellness. HRV testing is commonly used in wellness clinics, sports performance, and preventative health programs to help identify patterns before symptoms become larger concerns.

WHAT WE ASSESS
An HRV Scan provides valuable insight into how your autonomic nervous system is functioning and how well your body is adapting to everyday stress. During your assessment, we evaluate key indicators related to stress response, recovery, nervous system balance, and overall wellness. While the scan is not used to diagnose medical conditions, it can help identify patterns that may indicate your body is under increased physical or emotional stress. These insights allow us to better understand your current state of health and develop personalized recommendations to support your wellness goals.

OUR APPROACH
Personalized Assessment
We begin by taking the time to understand your health goals, lifestyle, stress levels, and any concerns you may be experiencing. This gives us a clearer picture of your overall wellness and helps place your HRV Scan results into the right context. Every person is different, so your experience should never feel rushed or one-size-fits-all.
Review Your Results
Once your scan is complete, we take the time to review the findings with you in clear and easy-to-understand language. We explain what the different areas of the report may indicate and how they can relate to your stress levels, recovery, energy, and overall wellness. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and better understand what your body may be communicating.
Quick & Comfortable Scan
Your HRV Scan is simple, non-invasive, and designed to be comfortable from start to finish. The scan only takes a few minutes while gathering valuable information about how your nervous system is responding to stress, recovery, and daily demands. You can relax throughout the process while the technology does the work.
Your Wellness Plan
Your results help guide the next steps in your wellness journey. Based on what we learn from your scan, we can discuss personalized recommendations that may support better balance, improved recovery, stress management, and overall well-being. The goal is to give you practical guidance that fits your needs, lifestyle, and long-term health goals.
What Is Heart Rate Variability?
Heart Rate Variability, or HRV, measures the natural variation in the time between heartbeats. While your heart may beat 60 times per minute, those beats are not perfectly spaced apart. A healthy nervous system naturally creates small variations between each heartbeat.

Higher HRV is generally associated with better recovery, greater adaptability, and a balanced nervous system. Lower HRV may indicate increased physical stress, poor recovery, illness, fatigue, or chronic stress. HRV should always be interpreted alongside a person's health history and clinical evaluation rather than used as a stand-alone diagnosis.
