Your functional medicine provider (and counselor if you are working with one) will ask you questions about nutrition, sources of stress and coping methods, sleeping habits, bedtime routine, and exercise. With this detailed data, we can create a more focused and effective plan to address specific areas of concern.

Christian Counseling
Everyone’s unique, so your providers will design a treatment plan based on your energy and metabolism concerns. Mental health will also play an important role so we can address “emotional eating.” You’ll work on reducing stress, properly nourishing your body, improving brain health, and increasing healthy movement through counseling and functional medicine appointments.
